2003-Marketing Materials Design
and Printing
Bill Mar and his team at Mar Design donated countless hours of
design work for our colored marketing materials such as show posters,
postcards, and program covers! Jim Checchi from Harvest Communications
donated the printing and fulfillment of our Season brochures.
Todd Klocke, President of World Wide Audio Media donated the printing
of our program covers.
We are so grateful to these donors for their generous time and
excellent work!
2003 – Cash donation to
PSP buys new curtains!
Robert Emerson and Terri Nelson of the late ArtRise theatre company
donated $2000 to PSP. The money was used to buy new stage curtains,
which were hung on September 7, 2003 after the closing performance
of Earth and Sky. Robert and Terri were both active in PSP’s
2002 production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream; Robert directed
the show and built the set, almost entirely on his own. Terri
designed/created the Donkey head for the role of “Bottom”
as well as other scenic effects. Both Robert and Terri continue
to support PSP with their time and talent. PSP gratefully acknowledges
these treasured sponsors!
2003 – Hair Styling Help
for Five Women!
The stylists at Hair Techniques graciously donated their
time and talents for the cast of Five Women Wearing the Same Dress
by styling all the girls’ hair in “wedding day up-dos”
prior to publicity photos and all performances! Please patronize
our stylish-sponsors at Hair Techniques, located at 1305 Palmetto
Avenue (650) 355-5954.
2003 – A Baby Grand Piano
and tuxes for Forever Plaid
Our 2003 Season Opener, Forever Plaid was given a new level of
class by Colton Piano of Burlingame, who graciously loaned us
a lovely Young Change baby grand piano, and Gingiss Formalwear
of Tanforan Park, who loaned us snazzy white tuxes to perfectly
fit our male swooning cronies (of various sizes)!
2003 – Hillbarn and Capuchino
Community Theatres
One of the great things about producing theatre on the Peninsula
is experiencing the generosity and support of other theatre companies.
We salute the Hillbarn Theatre Company of Foster City, and the
Capuchino Community Theatre for continuing to loan us whatever
we need, be it props, costumes, or set pieces. We encourage you
to continue to support the arts, and particularly our theatre
partners. For more information, see http://www.hillbarntheatre.org
